Loved this location, it was perfect for our family, on a less busy street with yum food around.

This is place is a nice getaway, but it’s located into small lanes. To get to the villa you need to pass huts of the staff and other locals. It didn’t feel very safe to walk past those lanes at night.

Lovely Villa, as shown in photos, very nicely decorated and well appointed kitchen. Living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. Personally I don’t find the outdoor bath appealing. Pool and gardens are fantastic, large and lush. Daily house keeping available if required. Ketut and staff very responsive and helpful. Location is the only negative. It is off a small busy lane way and thought there is some small general stores and quite nice little restaurants, the narrow lane is very busy with scooters and you need to be careful walking to and from villa not to get run over. Also the pickup drop off area is regulated, which means they control the taxi service which seems pretty dodgy. They don’t allow Gojek or Grab drivers so you need to go up to down the main road a little to use them. This two issues are the only reason we don’t rate 5 stars. Lovey villa, enjoyed our stay. The villa is very comfortable for a group of 4. It is located at the centre of Ubud, 1.5km from all the top restaurants in the city. Very peaceful neighbourhood. The hall is one of the highlights of the villa, extremely cozy and well decorated. The host Ketut was always available for help, gave very clear instructions to check in.m, and helped us with local contacts for cabs and activities (ATV) at an affordable rate. The pool was well maintained and clean. An absolute marvel in Ubud, it rained a little while we were there, made it even more beautiful. The villa is a short walk from the main parking area, but it’s a safe neighbourhood, we were a family of 4 who checked in at 2AM in the night.

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. Good location, super peaceful, comfortable for us with our toddler. Wifi worked great, also TV with Netflix & YouTube where massive plus. Rooms where well designed, comfortable beds, although pillows where a bit hard and high. Bathrooms very super beautiful and felt very luxurious. Bathtub seemed so great, but we used only once, as it’s in open air, it got dirty with leaves overnight. Very responsive & fast communication with the owner/staff, as they where super easy to communicate, and they did their best, in case if we needed something or had some questions. Overall, would stay here again, great vill for great price! Loved it!

Great place to stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the host was very kind — even gave me a lovely scented candle as a gift. The house was clean, with daily cleaning service, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again!

A beautiful villa with everything you could possibly need. There are some great restaurants just a very short walk away. The villa is incredibly spacious and the decor is lovely. The pool is also stunning and felt like a true jungle oasis. The villa manager Ketut was fantastic very helpful and considerate throughout our entire stay.

Great place. Watch out for aggressive taxi nearby.

I stayed here with my mom for two nights and wanted to stay longer! We loved the big open layout, super comfortable couch, and the large clean pool. The location is amazing with Alchemy yoga and its restaurant a very short walk down the street, with plenty of other restaurants and cafes right outside the front pathway. Ketut was an amazing host; super responsive and wonderfully helpful! I would happily book again.

Just Wow! Our stay at the villa was amazing. The villa is really pristine with all amenities including a private pool which was maintained through out our stay. The location is just ideal and was the right distance from the center. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job even when it rained, special shout out to Ketut who was in regular touch with us for any requirements. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the property.

Mi familia y yo pasamos dos días maravillosos, nos hubiéramos quedado todo el mes allí. Mi driver nos dejó un poco alejados del lugar y el dueño y otro chico nos recogieron en scooter. Fueron muy amables. La limpieza de 10. Sin ninguna duda recomendaría a todo el mundo alojarse en esta maravillosa villa con una relación calidad-precio increíble. Gracias a Ketut por ser un gran anfitrión!

Wonderful stay. It is exactly like the photos. The team assisted my senior parents and I with our luggage - which is much appreciated. There is a bit of walking from the parking but it was pleasant. Several restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at an ultra-luxurious villa in Ubud, and it was nothing short of magical. It was an experience like no other. I got some flowers and made it my own flower bath at no cost. The villa itself was incredibly spacious, with elegant interiors that felt warm and inviting. Every detail, from the high-quality linens to the handcrafted decor, exuded luxury. Whether you’re lounging in the outdoor living area or enjoying a quiet moment on the gazebo, it felt like luxurious. The staff was attentive , ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless.

The host was very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. The location is quiet and close to the center! ❤️

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 6 und 9 Jahren angereist. Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Gleich in der Nähe (2 Minuten) zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt um das überfüllte Ubud zu erreichen. Must have sind Roller allgemein auf der ganzen Insel. Man kommt viel schneller voran als mit dem Auto und sicherer als zu Fuß. ;-) Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Ketut der Host hat schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

we really enjoyed our stay here. the villa is well equipped and although a little out of the way to the main tourist areas, 30 min walk to Royal Palace for example there are lots of restaurants and bars within very close walking distance. the team are extremely helpful and made checking in very easy. thanks for having us.

Our villa Amedee 2 in Penestanan Kelod was truly amazing. It was new and beautifully decorated throughout with added classy touches everywhere. The A/C worked excellent, and the beds and furniture were super comfortable. The location was excellent as you could walk into Ubud in 20 minutes. It was also very close (within minutes) to numerous restaurants, however, was at a dead end path so the villa was a peaceful and quiet oasis to get away from busy Ubud. As a previous expat to Bali, finding a quiet villa away from scooters allows you to truly relax and sleep well so that you can explore the next day. The pool was great to relax by as well as the covered Bale. A great spot to enjoy an evening Bintang. The hosts and staff were amazing , always friendly, responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed a week there and enjoyed every minute. There was not one negative thing we say about our experience with the villa and hosts. Highly recommended!!
