Quelques points nous ont toutefois un peu déçus. Le prix reste élevé par rapport à d’autres logements que nous avons trouvés ensuite sur la même période. Pour un logement positionné comme “luxe”, on sent que certains matériaux restent assez basiques. Nous avons aussi eu un souci d’humidité dans la salle de bain.
Enfin, nous avons remarqué la présence de petites bêtes dans le lit, qui nous ont pas mal grattés pendant la nuit. Nous n’avons pas réussi à identifier ce que c’était précisément, peut-être des puces, mais nous ne pouvons pas l’affirmer avec certitude.
En résumé, un logement agréable et bien situé, mais qui mériterait d’être un peu plus attentif sur ces quelques points pour être vraiment à la hauteur du prix demandé.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aruna and highly recommend it. The location is perfect for exploring both Kuta center and the beautiful beaches around Lombok.
Communication with the host via app was excellent. He replied very quickly and arranged everything before our arrival, including check-in, the keys, and two scooters, which made our stay very convenient.
The villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and very well maintained. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was cleaned every day, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
We also used the laundry service on our first day. It was very affordable, and everything was washed and returned the next day.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend Villa Aruna to anyone visiting Kuta, Lombok.
