In general, personal information is retained for a period deemed necessary after the termination of our relationship with you as PDPA does not prescribe specific retention periods.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
At any time, you have the right to access and obtain information about the personal information that we collect, store, and process or request corrections in case your personal information is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. In addition, you can request your personal information to be transferred to you, object or request restriction to the processing of personal information or request deletion of personal information. To the extent permitted by law, AM will entertain your rights, but it is possible that in certain instances we cannot adhere to your requests.
