Beautiful & spacious villa. Great location not far from dreamland beach but need a scooter to get around as it’s not close enough to walk to many cafes / restaurants.

My partner and I had a great stay at ADAYA villas. Fabulous location, great communication from host and pictures of villa were exactly as described. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t thank that staff and host enough for all that they done for us, beautiful place with a beautiful private pool and wish we booked longer to stay here. Very home feeling to the place 🙏

We stayed here for three nights. Unfortunately, our experience after checkout was very disappointing. After leaving, my wife realized she had forgotten a few personal items. Housekeeping entered the villa right after we checked out, but no one informed us. We had to contact them ourselves. They sent photos of some of my wife’s items (swimsuit, etc.) and told us to arrange a courier. Later we realized that my wife’s Dyson brush was also missing, and my Comme des Garçons sweater was gone. At first they said they hadn’t found anything. After we mentioned leaving a review, they suddenly said they “found” the sweater, but then told us it was already taken to the north of Bali by a staff member, so they couldn’t return it. In the end, the guy who stole our sweater he returned back. ( no brush) Also worth mentioning: there was construction noise nearby until late at night, which we were not properly warned about. Very disappointing experience.

Beautiful villa in Uluwatu - the perfect place to stay in Bali. The space was stunning, clean and felt very private and peaceful. The pool area was a highlight and the whole villa was beautifully designed. Great location close to beaches and cafes while still feeling tucked away. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean stay

Comfortable and clean. In a quiet area but not far from beaches, main street, restaurants.

Le Logement est situé littéralement sur un chantier à ciel ouvert, séjour rythmé au son des marteau piqueur, impossibilité d’annuler. 40 mètres carrés avec une grande baignoire sur le toit ce n est pas ce qu’on peut appeler une villa avec piscine. L adresse communiquée n est même pas la bonne nous avons dû terminer le trajet à pied avec nos valises sous la pluie. De plus le personnel se permet d entrée sans frapper. Ma compagne s est retrouvée nue devant un homme lui expliquant qu il doit nettoyer la Chambre, alors qu elle était nue devant lui au lieu de s’excuser et repartir il est resté devant elle pour lui demander de faire le ménage. . Et enfin la cerise sur le gâteau ! en partant ils nous ont demandé de payer un supplément de pressing pour nettoyer les draps du lits pour deux taches que nous n’avons pas vues. Le pire Airbnb de toute ma vie, je précise que je suis moi même hôte Airbnb et je mesure pleinement ce que représente un avis comme le mien. À fuir!!!

Loved my stay here! Very quiet and peaceful and a quick bike to a lot of places. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Host I was messaging was superrrr helpful and responsive.

I couldn’t recommend staying here enough! It was a great villa and the staff was very nice.

Had the best time here

I stayed for a week and then extended because the villa was amazing from amenities, to staff to location. The rooftop is great to have a barbecue with friends, the inside is modern and comfortable. Also it is 5min to Bambu Gym and to Alchemy Café which is where you want to be and mingle. Will stay again!

Die Lage ist etwas abseits aber 10-15min. mit dem Bike gelangt man überall hin. Geräumig und groß, hohwertige Ausstattung. Klima+Warmwasser funktionieren gut. Dachterrasse mit Außen Küche, Pool und Liegeflache hervorragend. Villa Kabira nicht zu empfehlen: bei der Ausendusche ist die Bodenabdeckung durchgebrochen, sehr gefährlich 2-3m Einsturz Gefahr!!! Außenbeleuchtung sowie Treppenbeleuchtung funktionierten nicht bei dunkelheit gefährlich! Pool Pumpe und düsen funktionieren nicht gut, Pool sehr dreckig! Dachterrasse Liegefläche waren nicht sauber. Bett ist alt Matratzen hängen durch. Handtücher sehr fleckig und alt. Stehlampe ohne Funktion. Kurz gesagt schöne Villa leider fehlt im gesamten die Pflege der Einrichtung und Instandhaltung ansonsten zu empfehlen.

Красивый дизайн и очень чисто, мое заселение было ночью, хозяин попросил охрану встретить меня, также хозяин предупредил о стройке рядом с виллой, я волновалась, так как живу в Дубае и знаю что такое стройка и дом с домом😅, но сейчас определенно скажу стройка тихая и вообще на слышно и не видно рабочих, не сомневайтесь, все супер! Бассейн прекрасный на вилле, очень тихая ухоженная территория, это комплекс вилл, если летите в одиночку, то там абсолютно спокойно и безопасно! 10 мин на байке до центра, рядом есть кафе Cashew tree, при желании можно прогуляться, но я бы рекомендовала скачать приложение такси Gojek и перемещаться на байке, удобнее😊 Рекомендую 100%!

Amazing place I highly recommend it

Ik heb een geweldige tijd gehad, het personeel was vriendelijk, meedenkend, de villa was schoon, netjes en alles was goed geregeld. Was service was super, scooter werd via de verhuurder geregeld. Enige nadeel was dat er geen bereik is in de villa dus als de wifi uitvalt ben je offline, kan lekker zijn. maar minder praktisch aan je internet nodig hebt voor werk of andere dingen.

Place was beautiful, everything inside was clean and neat. The pool on the roof was so cool, would highly recommend this place to anyone was the perfect spot close to the beach, bed was really comfortable

Very beautiful and good place, near to dreamland beach and center of Uluwatu with motor bike. You can see that they cleaned the place very carefully, The staff are very kind.

Un lugar ideal, y sobre todo tranquilo, a pesar de que había una obra enfrente, no se escuchaba nada. La villa es preciosa y me gustó mucho que venían a limpiar varias veces al día. La piscina muy limpia también! si tuviera que ponerle una pega, es que la vajilla y cubiertos estaban un poco oxidados y sucios, si los renovaran sería un 10/10 :)

We are welcomed with decoration and cake for our anniversary which made my day so much!! The room and space is clean and spacious! So comfortable and we even had a in house massage! Love the ambiance and atmosphere there! Would totally go again!!! ❤️

We had a lovely couple of weeks in Adaya villas. The pictures do a great job of showing off the space and the staff are lovely. Location wise you are a little distance from the main Uluwatu hub, but super close to Dreamland beach and Cashew Tree (which was our go-to for food). The private roof terrace and pool was a dream, and the daily maintenance cleaning was a bonus!

Me and my girlfriend had a really pleasant stay at the property. It was a luxurious villa with a small plunge pool at the top. Had all the necessary amenities in place. Dreamland beach is just 10-15 mins away by walking. There are a lot of nice cafès, restaurants and beach clubs also nearby. Would totally recommend the place if you are looking for a nice, comfortable stay in Uluwatu!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Leider wie fast überall auf Bali natürlich auch Baustellenlärm, aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Ein bisschen abgelegen, aber trotzdem vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tägliches cleaning.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, near dreamland beach and away from the busier parts of town - but all very accessible by Gojek or on foot. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. Let me check in early & stored our bags after we checked out and before our late flight. Beautiful and clean villa. Would love to visit again.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. Very well located close to restaurants, spas, cafes and etc. Also, we were surprised either amenities. Great location and service.

Loved our stay, it’s a wonderful managed villa and very secure. The rooftop pool was where we spent most of our time. They provided filtered water in our room which we were super grateful for. A little bit of a walk to the popular areas but we didn’t mind the 10-15 min stroll, or just ordered a Gojek when we needed to go further.

Perfect weekend for a couple! Near Dreamland beach, which was perfect for us. Overall very happy with our stay.

Staff is extremely friendly and very responsive. Space is a little bit (just a tiny bit) smaller than pictures. Excellent for a couple + maybe a kid. Absolutely no complains. Oh and the daily housekeeping is better than any hotel!

Sehr schöne Villa mit privatem Pool und tollem Design – ideal für eine entspannte Auszeit in Bingin. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, die Lage ruhig und man kann wunderbar die Privatsphäre genießen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Ein kleiner Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte: Die Sauberkeit – hier wäre etwas mehr Sorgfalt wünschenswert. Insgesamt aber eine sehr gelungene Unterkunft, die viel Potenzial hat und definitiv zu empfehlen ist.

Eine tolle Villa, falls wir noch einmal nach Bali kommen, würden wir die Unterkunft wieder buchen. 🌴 Vielen lieben Dank an die Jungs für die schönen Tage 🙏🏼

Exceeded expectations, massive pool, everything you could ever ask for

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und lag fußläufig zum Dreamland Beach. Cafés, Restaurants und Shops sind mit dem Roller schnell erreichbar. Das Haus sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, und das Team vor Ort war super freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt: Bei Regen wird das Badezimmer leider ziemlich nass. Die Überdachung hält nicht dicht, sodass der Boden rutschig wurde, die Handtücher feucht waren – und man sogar auf der Toilette nass wurde. Das hat die Erfahrung etwas getrübt, weshalb wir einen Stern abziehen müssen. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Ambiente!

Adaya Boutique Villas perfectly captures that dreamy tropical vibe, making you feel like you're in a slice of heaven. The rooftop pool stole the show for me - it was my absolute favorite part of the villa! We spent hours lounging by the pool and just relaxing in the rooftop. The modern touches in the living room and bedroom downstairs added a sleek contrast to the tropical feel. What I loved most was the sense of privacy, despite being close to neighbors. The design of the place is just fantastic. If you're heading to Uluwatu, I'd highly recommend booking this villa. I'll definitely be back! 😊

Die Villa war ein Traum! Sie ist noch viel größer als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Der Außenbereich mit Grill und einem tollen Pool hat uns wirklich sehr überzeugt! Das war die schönste Villa, die wir jemals gebucht haben. Auf Wunsch hin wurde die Villa jeden Tag gesäubert, wir bekamen regelmäßig neue Handtücher. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen!

Our 11-day stay at Adaya was exceptional. We arrived at 3am to a kind security guard who quickly checked us in and gave us keys to a room beautifully decorated with petals for our honeymoon. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the villa sits on a quiet lane… peaceful at night yet still very accessible. Dreamland Beach, Riptide Coffee, and The Cashew Tree are all within walking distance, and the busier parts of Bingin are a short scooter ride away. Communication with staff was outstanding: always fast, warm, and attentive. They helped with laundry, replaced drinking water within minutes, and even refreshed it the next day without us asking. Each morning they greeted us with smiles and offered room cleaning. The villa felt very safe, appliances worked perfectly, and we loved it so much we extended our stay and only leaving because they were fully booked.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location away from the busy centre but also very easy get transport using grab. It was very clean and as per the photos. Would highly recommend!

Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir in der Villa wohnen durften - es war rundum großartig, Rollerverleih war sehr einfach, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Mit dem Roller kann man Restaurants und Strände schnell erreichen.

The beautiful villa was just like a photos. I enjoyed my single night here. It's thoughtfully designed and found it to be situated in a good location.

The place is super cozy, comfortable, and compact — we felt very relaxed staying here. It’s very clean and in a great location, close to everything. The only minor point is that fresh towels and toilet paper were not always provided. The interaction also felt a bit formal. Other than that, it was a lovely stay

Beautiful villa if you want to be away from everything! You can catch a grab of course but they have little bit of trouble finding the place, looks just like the pictures!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement était magnifique et très propre. L’emplacement est super, il est possible d’aller à pied à Dreamland Beach. Pas très loin du centre, c’était génial !

We had a really enjoyable 11-night stay at this one-bedroom villa in Bingin. The villa is very comfortable, with a spacious king-sized bed and a rooftop pool that gets all-day sun — perfect for relaxing. The location was also great: an easy walk to some local spots and only a short scooter ride to Uluwatu. The staff were responsive and helpful — we had a couple of little issues with geckos, ants, and frogs (to be expected in Bali!), and they were handled immediately, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was the towel service — although it was advertised as every 3 days, we only received fresh towels twice during our 11-night stay. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of as they do get dirty with the rooftop pool access. Overall, a lovely stay and a great spot to enjoy Bingin.

Villas are not private. You have noise from road. Also all villas are connected and you see your neighbours. Some villas are rented for parties and you hear it in your bedroom. Water quality is very bad in villas. Staff provide drinking water. Shower pressure is not enough for good shower. There is no construction noise but noise from party from next villa (we couldn’t sleep till 4am). Staff cannot help with it as it’s managed by another company. As compensation we were offered taxi to airport. Also water in pool is very cold. We cannot really use it.

We really enjoyed our stay, a good location away from the main streets but close enough to all the action of Uluwatu. Our hosts were wonderful and the rooftop pool area was a real highlight.

We had an amazing stay at Adaya boutique villas for our final stop in Bali! As we arrived earlier than check in we were able to leave our bags and explore but Jacka messaged us to let us know that our room was ready a little earlier which was great! The villas are beautiful and house keeping do a wonderful job at cleaning each day. As Bingin beach restaurants and cafes are no longer there we chose to go to dreamland which was only a 12 minute walk down the hill and is a lovely beach for surfing. We also walked to Bambu gym and the nearby cafes and shops but bike is super quick! I would come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We loved our stay - the villa was better in person even though the photos were amazing to start. So many well thought-out details! We don't use scooters so it was very useful that the place is very easily accessible by car (grab worked great there). And closeness to Dreamland beach was awesome.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this villa. The reception staff were polite and attentive, assisted us with organising drivers. We decided to extend for an extra night so we could enjoy the comforts of the villa during the day as we had a red eye flight out of Bali. They facilitated this with no issues! Dika at the front desk was very charming, he taught us some local Bali greeting phrases. We were grateful for his company while we waited for our driver.
