Palm Valley Lofts

Really lovely place with a great location. The overall stay was very nice!The pool is quite small, and the gravel road leading to it is very bumpy - especially when driving a scooter in the evening

Our stalk at Palm Valley Lofts was amazing! The villa was great, had a nice pool, was quite spacious, a large couch, aircon worked very well and cosy upstairs bed area. The road going to the villa was a bit rough and as we were staying there was a bit of construction and pre-planned power outages. But the staff kept us well informed about this and they were super friendly and accomodating during the entire stay. The location was so close to the centre of Kuta with lots of resturants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come again!

power kept cutting in and out and had no WiFi for alot of the stay and no AC location was tricky to navigate to

Very good place, would recommend!!! Amazing for short stay. The only downside was that it was down a mud trail and WiFi was slow but other than that was really good!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It was really easy to communicate with the host (they organized our taxi as well) and the villa itself was really beautiful, modern and clean. Can definetly recommend☀️

Difícil acceso con la moto, buena comunicación.

We were very happy with the accommodation. Everything was very clean, the service was excellent, and the communication with the host was quick, friendly, and uncomplicated. We also really liked the location. The only small downside was the road leading to the apartment. Riding there with a scooter was quite difficult due to the many potholes and could sometimes feel a bit unsafe. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

We loved our stay. the hosts went above and beyond every day. we unfortunately had torrential rain and they were so helpful, brought us food so we didn’t have to go out in the rain, even moved us into a vila that was slightly more sheltered. i found t recommend them enough. their replies were the fastest i’ve every experienced in airbnb, no matter what time of day, and always so attentive, as though nothing was too much to ask. the villa was stunning, clean and very private. the only downside was they were doing a bit of construction, but it didn’t bother us too much. kitchen has everything you’d need. and bathroom was stunning. we look forward to coming back!

El alojamiento es precioso, y es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Realmente está diseñado con mucho gusto y tiene todas las comodidades. Está cerca del centro, aunque es recomendable tener una moto para llegar (en el propio alojamiento alquilamos la nuestra). Langoon fue muy amable con nosotros y nos dio todas las facilidades. Se lo agradecemos. El sitio es muy tranquilo, aunque por la noche se escucha la llamada al rezo (esto pasa en todas las zonas de Lombok, es habitual). Creo que el único problema es el acceso al alojamiento:cuando llueve hay mucho barro y agua en el camino. El alojamiento es recomendable 100%. Ojalá podamos volver

Die Unterkunft bei Lagoon war sehr schön und entsprach den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges Manko: der Weg war beinahe unmöglich zu passieren

Accomodation is exactly as most reviews says. Location is great, close to Main Street however, road to accom is not achievable via bike. The towels had very bad stains on them however, staff we very accomodating and swapped for clean towels immediately. Staff were very responsive and were very helpful. Felt safe in our accom however, door kept being left unlocked after being cleaned and door inside the via didn’t lock at all (only outside door).
