Villa Surga

Sparkling clean, beautiful villa. Good communication with the host and Diah the maid was really lovely and very accommodating. Good location for lots of shops and restaurants and the beach was only a 5 minute walk away. The Villa is not accessible by car you have to be dropped at the hotel but is only a 2 minute walk from there so very doable. Also the pool is never in the sunshine and there is very limited space to sit around it however this is not an issue with the beach so close. Overall a perfect stay!

Great stay Diah was fantastic to deal with. Walkable to the shops and restaurants and not far to a massage.

Fabulous villa. Lovely furnishings, very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The villa was serviced every day and Diah the host was so lovely, friendly, helpful and communicated with us every day regarding the cleaning. There are a couple of little warungs very close and then it is a short walk to the main road. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Sanur!

This property is super clean, great location, very private and the beds were the most comfiest beds I have stayed in. All the bathrooms were immaculate and I loved the little window looking out from the bathtub to the pool. Simply the best! Diah and her team were very attentive and so flexible with an early check in time. Highly recommend!

Villa was perfectly located for us and just what we needed. A very quick walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. A great Warung is located 20 metres from the Villa and is well worth the visit. The Old Brick Warung a must for everything Bali. The Villa itself was perfect, great location, great kitchen ammenities and lounge area. All bedrooms have ensuites and are very well appointed. Daily cleaning by thoughtful and very efficient staff which is typical of Bali The most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in was also a great plus for this Villa. If I had one issue the pool tends to stay cold as it is surrounded by a wall so it rarely sees the sun, but after some time walking the streets of Sanur in the heat it was a great relief when we got back to the pool and got to have a plunge and cool off. Overall an excellent stay, great location, awesome staff and a very nice Villa and I would highly recommend to both family and friends.

It's a great place if you've just arrived in Sanur and are exploring the surrounding area. Everything is relatively nearby. If you have any questions or problems, Diah is always ready to help. Probably one of the best managers I've come across. Everything is very clean and tidy. If you are traveling with children, you probably need to be careful with the stairs to the second floor, which are quite steep. Housing is being rented out recently, so sometimes there are small household issues, which, again, are easily resolved.

Very nice villa in the centre of Sanur. Fairly new build so inside was very neat and clean

The villa corresponds to its description and photos. We are very grateful for your support and your help. The house is new and nice, the swimming pool is not big but for us it was ok- there were 5 of us (2 children and 3 adults). Thanks to Diah and Wira we were informed about the life there. My son had a birthday in Indonesia so Diah congratulated him and gave a birthday cake. It was very nice.

This nice villa is a great place for a family vacation in the great neighborhood of Sanur. The team is also very helpful and responsive in helping us during our stay

We just spent 3 nights at Villa Surga and almost didn’t book as there were no reviews yet. I can’t recommend highly enough this Villa. Clean, modern, new. Had everything we needed (except washing machine but there was facilities 1 min walk from Villa). Close by to main road with multiple restaurants and an easy walk to beach and mall. Plenty of convenience stores, money exchange etc etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only thing we found was it was difficult to locate for our driver. But once we knew where it was, easy to get to!!! Check in was smooth process, Diah met us to show us around the villa and amenities. Great value! Great experience! This was a great villa to stay at in Sanur. Easy to walk to all the restaurants, beach, shopping, and Icon mall. Great stores all around us and rather quiet location even though it's in the heart of Sanur.
