Good staff and clean every day

Villa Sanya was a wonderful place to stay at for the six of us on our grad trip. We were welcomed warmly by Dayu and her team with fresh face towels and a refreshing drink. We felt instantly at home. For the duration of our 8 day stay, Dayu and her team gave us an impeccable experience, they cleaned our rooms whenever we asked, provided fresh towels, bedsheets and linen. The built in sound system was incredible. You can directly connect to it with spotify and you’ll get music all over the villa. Pool was pristine as well, we had lots of fun playing pool basketball and volleyball and the location of the villa puts you in the heart of the vibrant seminyak. 10/10 Stay, would recommend to anyone and will definitely come again.

We had enjoy so much fun in Bali especially staying in this villa feels like home! Everything was good! Ms Dayu are very friendly & nice, fast response when we had any questions & arranged all the things for us to get everything smooth. The housekeeper also get to clean the villa everyday so that when we reach home feel so comfortable everytime. We will come back again definitely! 🥰

Amazing villa for any occasion and group! My friends & I decided to stay here during our weeklong Bali vacation and could not be happier with our choice (and trust us, we did a LOT of research beforehand)! Dayu & her team did an exceptional job taking care of both us & the villa the entire time that the week simply flew by. Pros: Strong communication! Dayu was very easy to reach out to and ask for help Extremely clean Outstanding sound system All needed amenities available on site Powerful A/C Available staff! Someone always nearby to help out! Central location 24/7 security (someone’s always onsite) Cons: Nothing I can really think of except kitchen is not massive in case you are planning to cook every meal. But if not, this is not an issue at all! The best part of the overall experience is this villa is managed by an experienced management company so everything you need and/or will need will be accounted for, promptly! Book this NOW!

Ibu Dayu and her team were really amazing. From pre-arrival to checkout, her team was attentive and always willing to help. Ibu Dayu really went above and beyond as she helped to send some of the things I left behind at the villa to my home in another part of Indonesia. When we encountered some issues at the villa, Ibu Dayu and her team responded quickly and made sure that our stay was comfortable and safe. As for the villa, it is spacious and just as described. Nothing really to complain about. It’s also a huge plus that a supermarket is literally 2 minutes walk from the villa. Highly recommend for large groups looking for a spacious and private stay in Berawa area.

Generally looked like the photos, spacious and commonly used places are well-maintained. However, some places can be better maintained - yoga corner was very dusty and you would not use. Some furnitures are also loose (screws coming off when you try to move it) and can be dangerous with small kids around. Host also promised to refill and check water dispenser daily but we had to prompt them to refill almost everyday when it became empty during our stay. The private chef cooking was not bad for their Indonesian cuisine and the host kindly extended our check out as we had a night flight.

We had such a great experience at Villa Sanya and it made our stay in Bali amazing! The en-suite bedrooms are beautiful, the living spaces huge and the pool area devine. Great location, close to Seminyak and Canggu and with cafes, supermarkets and beach clubs in walking distance. Dayu and your team - thank you for looking after us! Organizing dinners, massages, breakfasts, outings, nothing was too much trouble and we loved meeting you all. Your kindness is unmatched! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We loved the Villa! It was just like the photos if not better. In fact, we found it more spacious than expected, which was great for a family of 10. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space so we weren’t on top of each other. Rooms were also of decent size with plenty of wardrobe space. Couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was clean, well kept and functional. Special thank you to Dayu for a being an amazing host. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating; whilst also being respectful of our privacy. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Dayu, Didit and Villa Sanya team!

The villa’s layout was impressive and well-maintained. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy, and two of the rooms had water leaks. While the kitchen had adequate utilities, the appliances were outdated and could use better upkeep. The pool was clean and well-maintained, but the kids mentioned there wasn’t much pool equipment available. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathrooms was low, so we had to take turns showering. Despite a few areas for improvement, we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay overall.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was gorgeous, impeccably clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay truly memorable. The pool was pristine and provided a great spot to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious getaway. Can't wait to return!

Amazing villa, very well maintained and exactly as described (plus more, the pool is big, the sound system is amazing!). Dayu and Didit made sure we got everything we needed without asking. Even helped with services like yoga teachers and massages at the villa. overall can't fault a single thing. would definitely go back.

We all had the best experience we could wish for. the villa is extremely clean and very beautiful. Our manager Dayu was always available for any questions or services we needed. Didit was always smiling and very friendly. We could ask for anything and they both would make it happen. The Villa location is perfect. Youre in between canggu, seminyak and kuta. You can visit those places easily, but also can relax in peace when needed. If we ever would go back (which we certainly will) we are going back to this Villa. So i guess i have to say, until we see eachother again. Wish you all the best of luck, and see you soon!!

Had a great time staying in this villa. Host was very helpful and responsive to our request. The villa was clean and feels like home and they have everything sufficient for 9 of us. Will definitely book again!

The villa was spacious and the staff very helpful and friendly. Some areas were getting a little tired especially the kitchen, the could do with a little more ‘care and cleanliness’.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Bali and can’t recommend this place enough! The communication from the hosts was top-notch, making our arrival and stay seamless. The property was impeccably clean, and the attention to hygiene was evident throughout our visit. The lovely staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing thoughtful touches like mosquito spray. The beautiful pool area was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, surrounded by lush greenery. Each day, we felt well cared for, as the team was always available to assist with any needs we had. The cleaning service was incredible, maintaining a spotless environment that made us feel right at home. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and the care we received. Thank you once again for an unforgettable stay! We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise.

Very nice villa and friendly staff

Nine of stayed at Villa Sanya and it exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and luxurious. The space was even more amazing than the photos. The staff were brilliant and helpful, always available if we needed and cleaned the house daily including bed making and clean bathroom, fresh sheets and towels mid week. Dayu, the host, was available by text at all times and responded within minutes to any question or request we had. We could not recommend this stay more! A quick grab or even a walk to great restaurants and the beach. We cannot wait to come back!! Thank you!!

Had a pleasant stay at villa Sanya. Beds were comfy and the place including pool was clean. 5mins walk to a grocery shop. The villa leader Dayu and her team were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Great experience at Villa Sanya! Went with ~8+ friends for a trip and this villa was fantastic for what we were looking for. Super clean, walkable to lots of things (although the sidewalks are a little tricky / sometimes non-existent), and an overall very comfortable stay. Dayu and all of the staff were phenomenal and very communicative, helping us to book cars, dinners, and providing local recommendations. They also gave us a lovely gift to remember Bali by…. 10/10 stay.

Great villa for large family groups. I cannot fault the villa and the presentation. I felt very homely in the villa. If you’re looking for a great villa that sits between Canggu & Seminyak, don’t look anywhere else. It is 500m from Cafe Del Mar on the entrance to Canggu and there is a Papitos supermarket within 150m walk with access to ATM & pharmacist in the same centre. The photos are very accurate and bed configurations are adjustable to Hollywood twins for 2 rooms. There is a bit of traffic to go into Seminyak or Legian so travelling by taxi or van takes a while. But if you’re competent on a scooter/bike, you can get to Seminyak much quicker. Usually in half the time Google maps says. Just make sure you wear helmet and have your international licence. I have so much more to say, but I want to give some credit to Dayu, Didit & reservations team. Great communication from everyone, but service from the staff on ground was amazing. Will be back. The Villa was beautiful - well decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of space for our big group to enjoy time together and also have break away space to recharge. The kids absolutely loved the grass and pool area - they didn’t want to leave! The team looking after us were absolutely incredible! They were helpful and friendly and they went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful holiday! I cannot thank Dayu and her team enough - they made us feel like family as soon as we arrived.

Absolutely beautiful villa, perfect for our girls weekend away. The staff were just amazing - friendly, polite and the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble! Super close to many amazing bars and restaurants. We had the best time, thank you SO much. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The actual villa is better than what is shown and described in the listing. It's extremely clean, spacious, well-designed, comfortable, and perfect for any group! The location is incredible and between all the best restaurants and venues in Canggu/Seminyak. This was very important to us because traffic has gotten worse in Bali lately and this saved us a lot of time and planning I've been to Bali four times now and have stayed in many villas across Seminyak, Canggu, and Cemagi. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was by far my most enjoyable experience at a villa and possibly an Airbnb. A main reason I say this is because of Dayu and her team's outstanding service. They were so incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming and we will never forget Dayu's hospitality during our stay here. She was TRULY a highlight of our trip and I would gladly choose to book a villa of even half the quality if it meant experiencing their warm and welcoming service again. 10/10 highly recommend!!

The staff is what differentiates this villa from the others. Dayu and team were responsive, smiling and excellent in their execution of all our needs, couldn't ask for more. They arranged food, activities, cleaned up after us. Made the visit so lovely. The place itself is fabulous.
