We would 100% stay here again! The photos looked exactly like the villa. The layout of the villa is the living room & kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs, pool outside, and one other bedroom by the pool. The property was beautiful. The pool had a wall that could be retracted for a view of rice paddies. The location was private&pretty. Beds were very comfortable & had mosquito net around them. Hosts were very responsive to any requests. In terms of location, the location is about 20 minutes Grab/Gojek scooter ride from places like Saraswati Temple & Monkey Forest. Car traffic can be very backed up, so it can becomes 30-40 mins if by car. Like many villas in Ubud, it is off the main road. The main road is paved while the narrow road (maybe 1-2 mins car on this to get to villa) is mostly dirt. When we booked cars, they were all able to come down the narrow road to pick us up except for one, in which case we met the driver at the main road

Великолепная вилла 10/10 Никаких разочарований! Вилла свежая, стильная, очень чистая. Провели на ней 3 дня и остались очень довольны каждым днём! Бассейн небольшой, но чистый и красивый. Приятные шезлонги с чистыми белыми матрасами. Много посуды, все необходимое для кухни есть. Есть стиральная машина, духовка, тостер. Кровати удобные, белье чистое. Вилла находится в рисовых полях, это очень красиво. Комаров и других насекомых нет. Менеджер отвечает быстро на все вопросы и просьбы. Из минусов - дорога до виллы разбитая, но при некотором умении и аккуратности, все препятствия легко преодолимы.

Staying at this villa exceeded all our expectations! The place is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, and great Wi-Fi. The pool area was a highlight — perfect for morning coffee with a view or a relaxing evening swim. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help. Beautiful Rice Paddy View Villa...modern decor with industrial vibe..big comfy sofa..beautiful bedrooms...roof top outdoor area for sunbathing and sunsets..walking distance to restaurants..good Warung close by..Sayan night food market which is on every night and the food is cheap and amazing is under 10 minutes walk ...rent a scooter or Gojek into Ubud town as it's an hour walk but wasn't a problem for us as we like walking...friendly and respectful staff..100% recommend the villa to everyone..thanks for a fantastic stay

Great stay! Hosts were very communicative and the BNB was nice. True to pictures. However, the location was very hard to navigate and several taxi drivers could not find the bnb or drive down the very narrow and uneven roads.
