Certain information is only recorded if you decide to disclose it to us voluntarily, for example in the course of the onboarding and profiling process. AM collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) either with your implied or explicit consent within the applicable legal framework either because we are required by law to meet our legal and regulatory obligations or to improve our services and your user experience. Personal information is stored for the duration of our relationship with you and in accordance with applicable regulations, which might require us to store certain personal information after the termination of our relationship with you. In general, personal information is retained for a period deemed necessary after the termination of our relationship with you as PDPA does not prescribe specific retention periods.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
At any time, you have the right to access and obtain information about the personal information that we collect, store, and process or request corrections in case your personal information is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. In addition, you can request your personal information to be transferred to you, object or request restriction to the processing of personal information or request deletion of personal information. To the extent permitted by law, AM will entertain your rights, but it is possible that in certain instances we cannot adhere to your requests.
