The location and view was spectacular! Perfect place for our group of 5.
I wish I could give 5 stars because the hosts were extremely helpful. However, for the price of the accomodation, we had a few issues that were pretty disappointing.
Every day we ran out of running water. It was difficult to shower due to the lack of water and water pressure. We couldn’t use the toilet at times because there was no water to flush.
The pool was quite dirty and low on water.
We could not use the downstairs toilet or even leave the door open because the smell was pungent, smelt like sewage.
We had a fantastic experience with hiring bikes, drivers, the clothes washing service and the private chef.
Overall, the accomodation was aesthetically beautiful but practically, it had a lot of issues. Redeemed by the good location and lovely staff.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à la villa Woodside et c'était top! La vue est sur la baie de Kuta est magnifique, la villa bien située et relativement facile d'accès, proche des commodités, de la plage en scooter, l'accès à la sale de sport Xenofit est un plus appréciable et la salle est très bien équipée!
Le personnel est juste adorable, toujours disponible et d'une gentillesse incroyable.
La maison est bien équipée et spacieuse.
La piscine elle est un peu petite mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir.
Seul point négatif de cette villa c'est le bruit environnant... beaucoup de travaux autour en journée parfois jusque tard le soir et la nuit énormément de chiens qui aboient toute la nuit et les coqs également que l'on entend beaucoup. Il y également une sorte de dancing qui fait des soirées certains soirs de semaine et on entend la musique vraiment très fort. C'est vraiment dommage le calme est la seule chose qui nous a manqué pendant le séjour.

El alojamiento es espectacular, las vistas que ofrece y todo el espacio que tiene hace que quieras poder disfrutar de la casa. Ademas de la buena ubicación ya que esta muy cerca del centro
Sin embargo, con nosotros tuvieron varios fallos que no se pueden permitir ya que no es una vivienda barata.
Se comunican contigo constantemente para saber cuando limpiar y a que hora y para nuestra sorpresa, dos dias no vinieron a limpiar la estancia, a pesar de habernos preguntado varias veces cuando venir.
Adicionalmente, todos los servicios que ofrecen son externos, tuvimos un problema con el servicio de lavanderia ya que, alguna de nuestra ropa volvio con manchas y desteñida
Adicionalmente, la comunicacion por Whatssap fue estupenda, sin embargo los empleados de recepcion no hablaban casi ingles
A pesar de la buena ubicación hay que tener en cuenta que el alojamiento esta en cuesta, recomendaria alquilar motos, ya que subirlo andando cansa bastante

Just finished a fantastic 2 night stay at Above the Coconuts. The staff were very understanding and flexible when a family emergency had modified our travel plans.
The villa itself is really a wonderul place. Panoramic views of all of Kuta Lombok and Kuta Beach. Only downside is it is a 5mins drive or 15mins walk into central Kuta, and the noise from the mosques/chickens/dogs/wind may be bothersome to some.
The villa has some minor wear/tear which is to be expected of most places in Lombok.
The hosts are wonderful. We had many requests and they were willing to help us for everything we needed (food/drinks/drivers/massage/etc.)
There is a nice gym/cafe nearby the villa which is worth a visit as well.
Overall a fantastic stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We were fortunate enough to stay at the Woodside villa at above the coconuts, this villa was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so friendly and super helpful, nothing was ever a hassle. The villa was clean and has everything you need! And the view…worth every penny.
Just to note that Lombok has a few mosques around so can hear the prayers very early in the morning, the villa does provide ear plugs which was wonderful but it can still be quite loud.
We loved our stay, if we were rich, we would live here!!
