The villa had almost 100 stairs after a steep road which was blocked owing to some construction so the car could not come.
during check out no one came for luggage in spite of reminders and confirmation previous night (some poor caretaker came later but no one informed him). There are roosters who would wake you up early, so it's not really peaceful sleep.
so overall a 3 star.

The location and view of our villa was incredible for the price we paid. The plunge pool and deck area was well laid out to have sun and shade. We loved walking down the driveway to Xeno gym for food and workouts. As a runner I found it central and close to the beach, cafes and shops so great for getting steps in. Recommend doing walking/running between 6-8am as it’s very hot after that. Team friendly and helpful, a few stains on bedding could be improved but overall a great stay.

Tolle luxuriöse Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Bad, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer und privatem kleinen Pool, mega Aussicht, auch für Familie bzw. 4 Personen geeignet. Um sich fortzubewegen empfiehlt sich ein Roller.
Erreichbarkeit des Personals teilweise etwas langsam, für Reaktion musste zwei mal nachgefragt werden. Alles in allem aber eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft über der Bucht und den Dächern von Kuta

We absolutely loved staying at the villa. The view is phenomenal. The staff were so helpful with anything we needed. The location is also great. Amazingly awesome place, with a stunning and beautiful view overlooking Kuta. Everything matched the pictures. The host was extremely responsive and offered daily cleaning services. Easy to rent a motorbike. The complimentary gym access was a nice touch and the gym itself had most every equipment you could think of. Easy walk/motorbike into the center of town, but the Airbnb was nice and private. Would absolutely stay again on my next trip to Kuta!

Die Villa befindet sich oberhalb von Kuta, jedoch nur 2 Minuten mit dem Roller vom Zentrum entfernt.
Die Villa sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Wir genossen die absolute Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und super schnell. Auch die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.
Wir hatten traumhafte Tage und empfehlen die Villa sehr gerne weiter.

Bewertung für Airbnb-Aufenthalt
Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Lage – alles war leicht zu erreichen und es gab viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
Das Team war äußerst hilfreich und hat sich schnell und freundlich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Es gab ein paar kleine Herausforderungen während unseres Aufenthalts, die jedoch zügig und ohne Probleme vom Team gelöst wurden.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass es aufgrund von Bauarbeiten in der Nähe manchmal etwas laut war. Das sollte man vielleicht berücksichtigen, wenn man sehr geräuschempfindlich ist.
Alles in allem aber eine großartige Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt wie ich ihn nie zuvor erlebt habe. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war authentisch und insgesamt überragend. Bei Ankunft wurde eine WA-Gruppe gegründet mit dem kompletten Personal. Anfragen oder Sonderwünsche wurden sofort wie in einem Live-Chat beantwortet. Uns wurde Scooter vermittelt, Laundry-Service zu einem Top-Preis angeboten auf Nachfrage, die Koffer getragen, es wurde täglich gereinigt und Handtücher ausgetauscht bei Bedarf. Und immer gute Empfehlungen ausgesprochen für alles was das Herz begehrt.

Ade and his team went above and beyond on everything from recommendations, to organizing a driver for us, fast cleaning, if we needed more water is was in the room before you could put the phone down. Ade went above expectations for helping us with a situation we were in and made our stay so stress free.
